From use case to industrial module
1. Frame the application
Define the target measurements, water matrix, operating conditions, integration and expected performance.
2. Establish feasibility and module scope
Select the relevant sensing configuration, identify key technical risks and agree the development and validation plan.
3. Co-develop through a phased development plan
Develop the module through successive technical gates, with clear deliverables, review criteria and decisions at each stage.
4. Validate in the laboratory and in the field
Characterize the module under controlled conditions, then confirm performance and robustness in representative operating environments.
5. Industrialize and commercialize
Finalize the module design, manufacturing and quality plan, integration package, supply model and dedicated commercial agreement.

DIAMSENS-supplied module
DIAMSENS develops, industrializes and supplies the complete sensing module, ready for integration into the partner’s equipment.
Controlled manufacturing transfer
Selected electronics, packaging, assembly or production-test activities can be progressively transferred under agreed qualification and licensing conditions. DIAMSENS continues to supply the performance-critical sensing core.
Direct integration into the partner’s platform
When the partner already has a suitable product platform, DIAMSENS can integrate the electrode board and protected sensing firmware into that environment. Responsibilities and interfaces are defined from the R&D phase.
In every route, the partner controls the final product and market. DIAMSENS retains its reusable platform, diamond-electrode technology, electrochemical methods and protected firmware core.
A gated investment linked to tangible progress
Each module is developed through a phased non-recurring engineering programme. Every gate produces defined technical results and creates a decision point before the next investment. This aligns spending with risk reduction, validation progress and product maturity.
Typical gates include prototype manufacture, functional verification, laboratory characterization, field validation and, where relevant, establishment of a shared manufacturing and quality flow.

Support beyond launch

Your product remains your product
The equipment manufacturer retains control of the overall system, industrial design, connectivity, user interface, application rules, process control and customer relationship. DIAMSENS operates as the specialist sensing engine inside that product.
