A sensing and maintenance engine for electrochemical measurements
DIAMone brings together the sensing interface, measurement electronics, embedded processing, diagnostics and application-specific models required to turn advanced electrochemistry into an integrable field module.
Why diamond?
Diamond is an exceptional electrode material for electrochemical sensing. Engineered diamond electrodes combine high chemical stability, a broad electrochemical operating range and low background currents. Their all-solid structure supports long-term immersion and dry storage, while their robustness makes controlled electrochemical regeneration possible.
These properties create the foundation for durable sensing. They do not, by themselves, guarantee stable field measurements. The way the interface is measured, monitored and maintained remains decisive.
Diamond makes durable electrochemistry possible.
What DIAMSENS adds
High-integrity measurement
Low-noise electronics and carefully controlled acquisition methods preserve the weak electrochemical signals needed for sensitive measurements.
Adaptive electrochemical interface management
The platform combines functional measurements with electrode-state indicators and embedded diagnostics. Proprietary routines adapt conditioning and maintenance to the module, electrode role, operating history and sample conditions.
The objective is not simply to clean a surface, but to preserve a stable and repeatable electrochemical operating state over time.
Application-specific models
Calibration, temperature compensation, interference management and context-specific models convert raw electrochemical responses into useful measurement values.
Embedded diagnostics
The module evaluates measurement quality and the behaviour of the electrochemical system, providing diagnostic information alongside measurement results.
OEM-ready integration
The host equipment receives digital values and diagnostic information through a documented interface. The equipment manufacturer remains free to implement its own control rules, connectivity and user experience.
Same engine.
Different sensing functions.
Within the capabilities of the common platform, each sensing function is defined by a combination of electrode configuration, electrical measurement methods, embedded sequences and application models. DIAMone can therefore support different modules without recreating the complete measurement architecture for every new application.
The common core accelerates development, while application-specific electrodes, characterization, calibration and validation preserve the performance required for each use case.
The DIAMone architecture
Application-specific sensing interface
Diamond electrodes and complementary sensing elements are selected and configured for the target measurements and water matrix.
Measurement and edge computing
A common low-noise electronic core performs potentiometric, voltammetric and impedimetric measurements, together with signal acquisition and local processing.
Embedded firmware and models
Measurement profiles, diagnostics, calibration models and proprietary interface-management functions are executed inside the module.
OEM interface
Power, communication and mechanical integration are adapted to the host equipment and deployment environment.
